By agreeing to Party Arts' "Terms & Conditions of Sale" you acknowledge to have read and understood the content listed here below.  This content contains useful information about ordering, payment & shipping fees with Party Arts. Please read the information below, particularly if you intend to purchase from Party Arts. By placing an order with Party Arts you are accepting of Party Arts' "Terms and Conditions of Sale".

Privacy Statement

At Party Arts the privacy of our customers is crucial, all information collected is considered private & confidential.  We do not divulge information or data without your specific permission. 

All recipients of email marketing material have chosen to receive such by becoming a member of Party Arts.  You can unsubscribe at any time or cease to be a member.

New clients may be offered the opportunity to receive a newsletter but have the option to unsubscribe.

Information provided to third parties is done so to facilitate delivery and payment processing, i.e.  Name & address provided to a freight company.

We do not sell or trade our client lists or client information.

 

 

Site Security

Our website is fully secure.  We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) system which is the standard protocol for web-based communications.  This encryption method prevents external access to personal and financial information.


Ordering & Payment

You can order via our secure online store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or alternatively you can place your order by:

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation invoice. This invoice will not include delivery fees unless your delivery address is within the Melbourne Metro area.  Once your online order is received you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm delivery fees.  If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to let us know. Order Processing

Once an order is received, it is processed for availability.  We will endeavor to notify you ASAP if an item is out of stock.  You will be offered the option of a replacement/substitute product or to cancel the out of stock items.

Depending on our volume of orders your order should be dispatched within 1 week of placing your order.  Where you have specified a required by date, we will notify you immediately if we feel that we cannot dispatch your goods in time.  If an item is required urgently we will try to accommodate you, an additional fee may be charged to do so as well as additional express courier fees.

Once an order has been dispatched, any additional items ordered will be deemed as a new order.

Minimum Order Processing Fee

Orders less than $25.00 (not including shipping fees) will incur a $5.00 processing fee.

Payment Methods

Currently we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa)
  • Direct Deposit (by prior arrangement on approved orders).  Please contact us at info@partyarts.com.au to make enquires.

We do do not charge any credit card processing fees!

At present we are unable to accept payment by American Express or Diners Club.

All orders must be pre-paid before dispatch.

Orders that have been pre-approved for payment via direct deposit will be dispatched once we have confirmed that the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Please note that all goods dispatched or loaned remain the property of Party Arts until payment for them is received in full.

 

 

Product Disclaimer

Some products pictured or listed may differ to those supplied.  This may be the case due to the following situations:

  • Some products are sold in an assortment of colours and designs, therefore you may receive a product in a different colour or design to that featured.
  • Where an item is out of stock or discontinued it may be replaced with an item of similar appearance, value and size.  Where an item is substantially different we will obtain your permission to substitute the item.
  • When a manufacturer changes/updates its packaging and or product.
  • Where the contents listed differ to those featured in an image, the contents listed will prevail.

Party Arts reserves the right to alter, add or delete products from its current range without notice.

IMPORTANT: PRODUCT WARNING!

We ask that you use your discretion when choosing goods for the use by children; our age recommendations are to be used as a guide only as each child's developmental age varies.  Party Arts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred from the use of our products. Our infant range, although intended for use by children under 3 years, some products may still not be safe for this age group to use.  Some small items may pose a choking hazard for young children.

As some of our products contain food & confectionery items; it is important that you read the ingredients labels of these foods prior to consumption.  Some small packaged items do not require by law to list ingredients and nutritional information.  If you have any concerns about the ingredients of such items, please make inquiries before consumption.  Party Arts will assist where possible to provide you with such information.

If you have an allergy to some foods, please note that although a particular ingredient is not listed, there may be traces of that ingredient within the product due to manufacturing processes.  Party Arts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered from the consumption of our products.

We recommend that children be supervised by an adult when playing with toys/novelties and consuming food.

 

 

Exchange & Return Policy

Please choose the products that you purchase carefully.  Party Arts will not refund for change of mind purchases.  We will happily exchange products with other products within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The cost of freight and a small handling fee will be charged to exchange products.  Party Arts reserves the right to refuse exchanges on sale items, damaged or partially used products.  All products returned for exchange must be in as supplied condition.  Items that have been personalised or customised are not exchangeable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault or the goods are not as described.

Faulty Goods

While every care is taken to supply goods in perfect condition, if a delivered product is faulty, please call us immediately to arrange a replacement of that product at no charge to you or a refund of your money.  Party Arts will only accept returns of faulty goods for a period of 7 days from the date of invoice.  Party Arts, may, at its discretion, not accept the return of faulty goods that have been partially used, incorrectly stored, water or otherwise damaged or mistreated in anyway unless it can be proven to have been done by Party Arts or its couriers prior to or during shipment.  If the faulty items need to be returned to Party Arts, Party Arts will bear all costs to do so.

Goods Damaged in Transit

We take great care and individual attention to pack each order.  In the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, Party Arts reserves the right to evaluate each individual case and decide on what compensation will be provided.

Incorrect Goods Delivered

Human error may occur from time to time, if goods received are different to those ordered or an item has been omitted,  Party Arts will replace those goods at no charge to you and arrange to have the incorrect items returned.

 

 

Delivery & Shipping Charges

Party Arts delivers Australia wide, subject to the terms and conditions below. At present we are unable to accept International orders.

Parcel Delivery Methods

Party Arts uses various shipping options and will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for your ordered goods. Orders delivered to a P O Box will be sent by Australia Post.  Orders greater than $15 in value will be trackable. Delivery times vary according to the delivery method used and your location. From dispatch please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery to a capital city and up to 6 working days for delivery to regional areas.  Remote locations may take up to 10 working days but most orders will be received within 4 to 6 working days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any estimated delivery times. Once your order is dispatched, Party Arts has no control over the delivery and we do not accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries.

If you require your order more urgently please let us know and we will make every effort to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.  If requested we can provide you with an express delivery fee quote.

Items sent with Australia Post:

Orders greater than $15.00 will be shipped with a "receipted delivery" label. This means that you will have to sign for your delivery and also makes your order trackable. If there is no one in attendance at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box.  You will need to take this card together with appropriate I.D. to your local Australia Post Office to collect your parcel.

Items sent by Courier:

If an order is delivered by a transport courier, there generally needs to be someone in attendance at the delivery address in order for your parcel to be delivered.  If you would like your order left in a specific place ie: 'at front door if no one home', you need to include this information in the delivery instructions box at checkout.  Otherwise you can leave a signed note for the courier with your specific instructions.

Party Arts reserves the right to select the method of delivery.

Delivery Charges Guidline

Helium Balloons:

Delivery only available for Melbourne Metropolitan suburbs, Wednesday - Sunday!
Helium Balloon Delivery fees start at $25.00.
(Calculation is based on Suburb location and week day or week end delivery.)

Tag-on-Kids:

When ordering Tag-on Kids identity wrist bands only, postage will be $4.95 for up to 2 packets.

Parcels:

DELIVERY PRICE GUIDE:

Delivery fees are calculated based on the physical and cubic weight of a parcel. Please note that the pricing below is to be used as a guide, you will be notified of exact charges upon processing your order.  Customers outside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area will be notified of their delivery charges by email or phone. Orders to be delivered to Melbourne metro will not receive delivery information as the prices are fixed as per below.

From time to time Party Arts may offer a promotional discount on delivery fees.

Large volume orders will be subject to a delivery fee subsidy, please enquire at info@partyarts.com.au when ordering large volumes.

Express Post Satchels Australia Wide: 

  • Up to 500g Small: $11.90 (220 x 355 mm)
  • 3kg Medium: $15.90 (310 x 405 mm)
  • 5kg Large:  $25.60 (435 x 510 mm)

** If an order needs to be shipped out on the same day that it was placed and express shipping has been requested then a $5.00 Express Processing Fee will be charged.
